Its supposed to be the hottest day in the UK for a hundred years or so today. The advice is to drink more fluids, however they didn't stipulate wether you should drink more Guinness or more wine.
Best drink more of both to be on the safe side...

im gonna be really boring here, i know its usually evos job i will do it just this once ;o)
been married to a nurse, i am always getting reminded that you should watch how much alcohol you drink when it is hot because it dehydrates you. i promise that is the only time i will be boring, there you go evo you can have the mantle back now.

its good to see that mark isnt getting too domesticated, still manages to eat out a lot even though he has the bloody biggest kitchen you have ever seen with a cooker in it.

Well it's bloody freezing here. We had a storm over night, now we are expecting hail, snow down to 200m a high of 7 and gale force winds blowing from Antarctia. I would much rather be enjoying that 38.
Its winter down there though innit?!
