Was driving into work this morning - its been well below freezing all weekend, so most of the roads were well gritted. Listening to Lex and Terry, thinking jeez this morning show is bad. Just before the turn off on 635 I went over a bridge that hadn't been gritted...
Car started to slide to the right, then to the left, then virtually sideways. By now I was wondering how I was going to explain this one to the hire company. Luckily I managed to gain traction and right it, avoiding the concrete reservation at the side.
Adrenalin really makes you sit up and pay attention :-)
